KariChat notifies you whenever you have a new visitor at your website, tells you which page he is currently viewing, which page he came from, and if he use a search engine, KariChat lets you know which one, and which keywords were used to find you.
KariChat also give you information about the visitor like visit history to your website, previous chat sessions, his ip address, his country, and other useful information that help you identify the visitor and know what he is looking for even before he chats with you.
Then KariChat enables you to invite the visitor for a chat, which helps him find what he is seeking fast, and which enables you to tell your visitor about your offers, help him make a decision, and also guide him through the checkout process.
KariChat provides you with the tools necessary to make the most out of each visitor, and the best out of each chat session, by using: push technology to push the visitor to any page you want, save chat sessions and send them by email, or simply save them for review later, operator to operator chat transfer, operator to operator chatting, custom chat windows that match your website's look and feel, custom logo and company name on the chat window, change the font color, use canned answers for faster response to commonly asked questions, etc...
